Turning a campaign into a conversation                                       Français

presented by Erin Dick, Director Communications, Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR).

In the age of Twitter, Facebook and BlogSpot, how we communicate continues to change. Communication is about far more than just getting messages out to your key audience -- it's about engaging that audience in an open dialogue. In this case study, you will learn how one company:

•Integrated social media into a multi-faceted campaign to influence decision makers

•Established a coalition of support using numerous traditional and new forms of communication

•Engaged employees, grassroots supporters, journalists and even the competition in a conversation to educate, inform and influence the future of the company
